Marketing Systems Group Client Portal provides access to MSG content, applications, and file transfer capabilities all within a single location. Our portal is secure, easy to use and can be personalized to suit each client's specific needs.

The MSG portal is the mechanism used for retrieving sample files created through Virtual GENESYS. It is also used for sending files for screening, matching, or for other purposes. The MSG portal also provides access to custom applications developed specifically for individual clients.

The Portal is built to be more intuitive, efficient, and useful. Some of the new features are:

Transitioning to the new Client Portal

• The new portal will have an individual login for every user. Each individual user must sign up for a new user account.
• The user name will be your email address and the password will be managed individually by each user.
• If your company has multiple users each must create a new account.
• To set-up your account you will be required to enter your zip code (billing zip code for your account) and your Client ID (company account number).
